Workforce Attraction and Retention

NDRDC supports Rural Young Professionals Network development. NDRDC organized Statewide Young Professionals Network, the first statewide YP Network in the nation to connect Rural-Urban Groups. New and reactivated networks joined long-established Bismarck, Fargo and Grand Forks YP Networks.

Rural Community Outreach

NDRDC convenes regional events that bring state and federal resource providers to rural communities to address options for a variety of issues, most recently – local housing development and North Dakota’s critical shortage of child care businesses.
