The Community and Economic Development Director plans, organizes and implements economic development functions from conception to completion, including business retention, business attraction and incentive programs, research and planning and organizational capacity; performs a variety of responsible administrative, professional and technical tasks. The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) is North Dakota’s premier statewide general business association and works to make the state’s business climate the best in the nation.
